GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These Rules establish the basic requirements for staying on the hotel premises, using hotel services, and guest conduct.

1.2. By entering the hotel premises, guests confirm that they have read these Rules and agree to comply with them.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

2.1. Check-in: from 2:00 PM.

2.2. Check-out: by 12:00 PM.

2.3. Late check-out may incur additional charges in accordance with the hotel's rate policy.

2.4. Guests must present a valid identity document upon check-in.

PAYMENT POLICY

3.1. Payment may be made in cash, by bank card, or by advance bank transfer.

3.2. Cancellation terms are provided at the time of booking.

GUEST OBLIGATIONS

4.1. Guests are required to maintain cleanliness, take care of hotel property, and treat hotel staff with respect.

4.2. Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside hotel rooms.

Smoking is permitted only on the balconies of rooms equipped with balconies, in the hotel garden, and in designated smoking areas of the Terrace Bar equipped with ashtrays.

A fine of AMD 50,000 will be imposed for violations of this policy.

4.3. Guests must not make excessive noise that disturbs other guests during quiet hours, from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

4.4. Accommodation of unauthorized persons in guest rooms without prior approval from the hotel management is prohibited.

4.5. Guests are fully liable for any damage caused to hotel property.

SAFETY AND SECURITY

5.1. Please keep doors closed and take care of your room keys.

5.2. The hotel is not responsible for the loss of guests' personal valuables unless they have been handed over to the hotel for safekeeping.
