General Provisions
1.1. These rules set forth the basic rules for accommodation, use of services, and conduct within the hotel premises.
1.2. By entering the hotel, guests confirm that they have read and understand these rules and agree to abide by them.
Check-in and Check-out
2.1. Check-in: from 2:00 PM.
2.2. Check-out: before 12:00 PM.
2.3. Late check-out may incur an additional charge in accordance with the hotel's pricing policy.
2.4. Identification must be presented upon check-in.
Payment Methods
3.1. Payment is made in cash, by credit card, or by bank transfer in advance.
3.2. Cancellation policies are specified at the time of booking.
Guest Responsibilities
4.1. Guests are obligated to maintain cleanliness and to treat hotel property and staff with care.
4.2. The following is prohibited: Smoking in unauthorized areas. Making noise during the night (10:00 PM–8:00 AM). Staying with unauthorized persons without the consent of the hotel management.
4.3. Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused to the hotel.
Safety
5.1. Please keep doors locked and keep keys safe.
5.2. The hotel is not responsible for the loss of personal valuables unless they are stored safely.
